Olin jostain syystä ehtinyt jo unohtaa miten hyviä banaanit ovat.

Nyt muistan taas.

For some reason I had forgotten how delicious bananas are.

Now I remember again.

Viimeperjantaina oli aluksi hiukan epätoivoinen olo kun suunniteltiin että tästä lähdetään moottoripyörällä liikkeelle...

Kun sanoin että talon edustalla on tori niin todella tarkoitin ihan sitten ulko-oven ja portin edustaa kirjaimellisesti. :)

Last friday we felt a bit desperate at first, when we planned to get our motorcycle from the garage and ride through here....

When I said that there is a market in front of the house, I literally meant in front of the outside door, stairs and gate. :)

Toisesta ikkunasta kurkistus kuitenkin paljasti miten uskomattoman hyvä tuuri meillä kerrankin oli. Juuri tuohon autotallin oven eteen oli jätetty hienosti tilaa ajaa pyörä kadulle.

Osa myyjistä oli ilmeisesti pääsiäisen vietossa kun normaalisti koko katu on aivan tukossa.

Kerrankin päästiin Nikon kanssa myös yhdessä ostoksille!

Eikä tästä voi kyllä kuin tykätä.

Peeking through the other window however revealed how lucky we were for once.

Right in front of the garage entrance there was empty space, enough for our bike to fit through with flying colours.

Apparently some of the sellers were already on Easter holiday because normally the whole street is completely blocked.

For once we were also able to go shopping together!

Can't help but like this.

Vähän pelottavaa mutta meni ohi. Niska on aika kipeä ja lihakset jumissa, olisiko siitä johtunut...

Meri oli tänään aika tuhnuisen oloinen, taivaalla oli kovasti pilviä, mutta niistä huolimatta oli niin kirkasta, että harmitti kun jätin aurinkolasit kotiin.

Minusta on aika hauskaa, että voin Facebookin arkikuvahaasteeseen laittaa kuvan jossa on palmuja.

Coming home I had to hop off from the tram a bit too early because I started to feel really bad and my eyes got blurred suddenly and I was afraid I might faint. Sitting at the tram stop for a moment helped, maybe it was because of my sore neck or something like that.

The sea was a bit dull today, there were lots of clouds in the sky, but despite that it was so bright that I was sorry to leave my sunglasses home.

I think it's quite funny that I can post a picture with palm trees in it as a photo of my daily life in Facebook.

Täällä ei kukaan kävele jalkakäytävillä, saattaa johtua siitä, että jalkakäytävän keskellä miltei poikkeuksetta kasvaa puu.

Näissä puissa muuten kasvaa appelsiinin näköisiä hedelmiä ja niiden kukat tuoksuvat huumaavan hyvältä näin keväisin.

Nobody walks on the sidewalks here, it might have something to do with the fact that almost without exceptions there grows a tree in the middle of the sidewalk.

These trees have some fruits that look like oranges and their flowers smell divine during spring.
